Deposit THE ADAH MINE, LOCATED ABOUT 1/2 MILE ESE OF SPRUCE STANDARD MINE AT SPRUCEMONT, IS DEVELOPED BY A SHAFT. THE ORE IS DEVELOPED ALONG 2 MINERALIZED FISSURES THAT INTERSECT AND FORM A STOCK WORK 1,800 FT LONG. THE MINE WAS OPERATED IN 1930-31 BY THE SPRUCE STANDARD MINE OPERATING CO.-THE SPRUCEMONT CO. THE ADA-H M. CO. WAS TAKEN OVER ALONG WITH THE PARAMONT M. CO. BY THE 1927-28 NEWLY FORMED SPRUCE STANDARD MINING CO.
