Comments on development

  • The Sacramento pit operated from 1917 to 1931. (GhostTownGallery.com) The lower grade Lavender pit consumed the Sacramento pit and operated through 1974. This agrees with Metals Economic Group report of no activity at either Sacramento or Lavender pits from 1989 through at least 2002.
