Deposit ADIT BEGINS IN RUBBLY ALLUVIAL SLOPE OF PROSPECT MOUNTAIN QUARTZITE. DUMP CONSISTS OF ROUNDED ALLUVIAL BOULDERS AND PEBBLES OF QUARTZITE AND SOME MINED ROCK WHICH CONSISTS OF ALTERED QUARTZITE. ALTERED QUARTZITE ON DUMP IS SILICIFIED (RECRYSTALLIZED) AND QUARTZ-VEINED. VEINS AND HOST ROCK CONTAIN CLOTS, VUGS AND FINE FRACTURE COATINGS OF LIMONITE AND MANGANESE OXIDES. SAMPLED QUARTZITE IS BRECCIATED AND RECEMENTED BY SUGARY OR COMB QUARTZ. QUARTZ CARRIES OXIDIZED PYRITE AND SPECKS OF DARK MINERAL, POSSIBLY MN OXIDES, AG OR OTHER SULFIDE.
