  • SHAFT AT LEAST 300 FT DEEP IN 1906; WITH CROSSCUTS OF 150 AND 55 FT, MAIN TUNNEL 600 FT. LONG. ONE TUNNEL CUT THE HOBO VEIN AT 230 FT FROM ENTRANCE; 100-FT INCLINE. IN 1908, OVER 3000 FT OF DEVELOPMENT WORK HAD BEEN COMPLETED, INCLUDING 3 ADITS AND 3 SHAFTS WITH DRIFTS, ONE OF WHICH WAS 700 FT LONG

  • A 20-STAMP MILL WAS BEING PLANNED IN 1908, AT WHICH TIME THE MINE WAS SAID TO CONTAIN CONSIDERABLE MILLING ORE AND SOME ORE OF HIGHER GRADE
