Deposit ENTIRE OUTCROP AT PROPERTY IS 40 METERS DIA. AND CONSISTS OF BLACK CHERTAND ARGILLITE, CUT BY STOCKWORK OF QUARTZ, VEIN, BRECCIA FILLING AND VEINLETS. VEINS CONTAIN SUGARY QUARTZ WITH SMALL DRUSY OPENINGS. REPLACEMENT TEXTURE OF QUARTZ AFTER LAMELLAR CALCITE IS QUITE COMMON, AS IS A CRUSTIFORM BILATERALLY SYMMETRICAL BANDING ACROSS THE VEINS. VEIN MATERIAL IS COMMONLY IRON-STAINED. IN BETWEEN VEINS, HOST ROCK IS CUT BY 3 MM- ICM VEINLETS OF QUARTZ. SOME BRECCIA ZONES ADJACENT TO VEINS WITH OPEN-SPACE TEXTURE MAY BE FAULT BRECCIAS. BARIET OCCURS AS SMALL ROSETTES IN CAVITIES IN SOME SAMPLES.
