Deposit A NUMBER OF SMALL WORKINGS SPREAD OVER ABOUT 0.2 KM2 EXPLORE FAULT ZONES IN QUARTZITE. THE MAJOR HORIZONTAL WORKINGS FOLLOW A N 60 W, 70 SW FAULT ZONE ON THE EAST SIDE OF LONE TREE HILL. THIS ZONE POSSIBLY MAY EXTEND ACROSS THE HILL TO 2 ADITS AND A SHAFT ON THE WEST SIDE, WHERE A N 60 W, 90 DEGREES FAULT IS PRESENT IN ONE ADIT. A SHAFT AND PROSPECT PIT NEAR THE CREST OF THE HILL ARE ON A DUE N, 90 DEGREES FAULT. ALL THE FAULTS CONSIST OF APPROXIMATELY A 1 M WIDE BRECCIA ZONE WHICH IS STAINED WITH IRON OXIDE MINERALS, LOCALLY WITH OXIDE COPPER MINERALS, AND IS LOCALLY CEMENTED WITH DRUSY TO CHALCEDONIC QUARTZ VEIN MATTER. MALACHITE IS PRESENT AS COATINGS AND FRACTURE FILLINGS ON SAMPLES FROM SOME DUMPS.
