Deposit QUARTZ VEIN MATERIAL IN A HIGHLY WEATHERED GRANODIORITE. THE VEINOCCUPIES A SMALL SHEAR. THE PROSPECT FARTHER UP THE HILL IS ON AN OFFSET OF THE SAME VEIN SYSTEM.
