Deposit SILICIFIED BRECCIA ALONG THRUST ZONE. UPPER PRIDA CARBONATE IS IN THRUST CONTACT WITH GRASS VALLEY PHYLLITES. BRECCIATED QUARTZ VEINS, SILICIFICATION AND ABUNDANT FE OXIDE ALONG THRUST ZONE IN BOTH ROCK TYPES. GEOLOGY SIMILAR TO IMLAY MINE AREA.
