| Deposit | ADIT WAS DRIVEN ON A SHEAR IN GRANITE, PARTLY FILLED WITH BOTH GOUGE AND QUARTZ STRINGERS. LOCALLY THERE ARE FELSIC DIKES ALSO CROSS-CUTTING THE GANODIORITE. SAMPLE 2931 WAS TAKEN FROM THE VEIN INSIDE THE ADIT. SAMPLE 2932 WAS TAKEN FROM A PROSPECT DOZER CUT ABOUT 600 FT N OF THE ADIT WHERE A HYDROTHERMALLY ALTERED VEIN IN A SHEAR ZONE IS EXPOSED. THE SHEAR WAS PARTLY FILLED WITH A FELSIC DIKE AND QUARTZ STRINGERS. MINERALIZATION INCLUDED MINOR COPPER AND POSSIBLY SILVER IN UNIDENTIFIED SULFIDES. |
