General comments

Subject category Comment text
Deposit MINE IS ON A FAULT-BRECCIA VEIN 2-6 FT WIDE WHICH APPEARS TO PERSIST DOWNWARD BELOW THE 100-FT LEVEL. VEIN IS GREY FAULT-BRECCIATED ANDESITE PARTLY REPLACED BY VUGGY QUARTZ STAINED BY FE AND MN OXIDES. IN PLACES IT IS FAIRLY SILICEOUS AND ITS METAL CONTENT, MOSTLY FREE GOLD WAS AS MUCH AS $20/TON.
