Deposit SCHEELITE OCCURS IN VEINS, VEINLETS, FRACTURE COATINGS AND IN CRYSTAL CLUSTERS WITH CALCITE IN CARBONACEOUS SEDIMENTARY ROCKS. ALTHOUGH BLEACHED FRACTURE SELVAGES CONTAINING EPIDOTE ARE PRESENT LOCALLY NEAR THE CONTACT ZONES, MUCH OF THE SCHEELITE IS ASSOCIATED WITH ESSENTIALLY UNALTERED BLACK LIMESTONE.
