Deposit WORKINGS FOLLOW A 5-FT THICK VEIN ON A N 35 E HEADING. THE INCLINE FOLLOWS THE VEIN ON A 30 NE DIP SLOPE THAT STEEPENS AT DEPTH. THE VEIN IS IN A FAULT THAT FOLLOWS THE CONTACT OF A HIGHLY ALTERED RHYOLITE AND TUFF OR ANDESITE (?) THE VEIN IS COMPOSED LARGELY OF ARGILLICALLY ALTERED VOLCANIC RUBBLE. THE SAMPLE WAS SELECTED FROM THE PUMPS OF HIGHLY OXIDIZED MATERIAL AND CHIPPED FROM THE VEIN.
