Deposit BEDROCK CONCEALED BY PUMICE AND PUMICITE IN 1977; PROBABLY ALSO THIN LAYER OF ASH FROM 1980 ERUPTION. FRACTURE ZONE 15-24 IN. THICK CONSISTS CHIEFLY OF CALCITE AND MINOR QUARTZ WITH AN OUTER FRINGE OF IRON OXIDE AND GOUGE. VEIN APPEARS MOSTLY BARREN BUT CONTAINS SPARSE MINERALIZATION
