Deposit ENE TRENDING AU-AG VEINS. VEINS OCCUR IN ANDESITES-DIORITES OF LARAMIDE AGE WHICH ARE ASSOCIATED WITH BARRANCA FORMATION SEDIMENTS. VEINS ARE 10 M WIDE AND OVER 200 M LONG. LA COLORADA NORTE: VEIN 234 M LONG AND 1.8 - 9.0 M WIDE CONTAINS GOLD, GALENA, PYRITE, AND CHALCOPYRITE. ATTITUDE- N 60 E, 45 NW. LA COLORADA SUR: VEIN CONTAINING GOLD, GALENA, PYRITE, SPHALERITE, AND CHALCOPYRITE. ATTITUDE- N 85 E, 48 NW. HOST ROCK FOR BOTH VEINS LISTED AS LATE CRETACEOUS TO MID-TERTIARY QUARTZ PORPHYRY AND DIORITE.
