  • PRODUCTION WAS LARGE UNTIL 1953; PRODUCTION DECREASED TO A SMALL AMOUNT FROM 1953-1955. THERE WAS NO PRODUCTION FROM 1955-1960. IN 1960, THE MINE BEGAN TO SUPPLY A 125 MTPD ACID GRADE PLANT. THE MINE MUST HAVE CLOSED SOMETIME DURING THE 1960'S BECAUSE IT REPORTEDLY RESUMED OPERATIONS IN 1970.
