  • THIS IS AN ANCIENT DISTRICT WHICH WAS CLOSED BY EDICT IN 1718. YOUNGER WORKINGS, OF 1890'S, INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: DIOS PADRE: A GOOD PROSPECT, CONSISTING OF IRREGULAR SURFACE WORKINGS. ORE IS 2.1% HG. DIOS HIJO: A LARGE CHAMBER WITH OFFSHOOTS, CONTAINING LARGER NESTS AND MASSES THAN DIOS PADRE, 7% HG. SAN FRANCISCO: PROSPECT WITH BLACK CINNABAR AND RED CINNABAR. 4.3% HG. PRIMER ALMADEN: AN IMPORTANT CUT AND CHAMBER, APPARENTLY MINED OUT. 0.46& HG. SEGUNDO ALAMDEN: SPOTS OF RED CINNABAR AND SMALL PATCHES AND LAYERS OF DARK CINNABAR.
