  • ECON.COM: THE OVERBURDEN ABOVE THE HILLEN COAL IS IN EXCESS OF 10.7 M AND CONSISTS LARGELY OF EASILY REMOVABLE CLAYEY SAND, BUT IN PLACES MUCH HARD CALCAREOUS SANDSTONE. ABOVE THE SHADEHILL COAL THE OVERBURDEN IS THIN AND EASILY REMOVED. { THE QUADRANGLE IS IN A SPARSELY POPULATED, SEMI-ARID REGION. BISON IS THE ONLY TOWN. THERE ARE NO RAILROADS AND STATE HIGHWAY 8 IS THE ONLY HIGHWAY.
