  • THE PORPHYRY SILL WHICH IS 500 FEET THICK HAS BEEN INTRUDED BENEATH THE QUARTZITE, RAISING THE ENTIRE ORE BODY THAT MUCH. WEST OF THE NORTH-TRENDING THE SILL IS MISSING, AND THE ORE BODY LIES 500 FEET LOWER.
