  • DEPOSIT CONSISTS OF HORIZONTAL (FLAT DIPPING) QUARTZ VEINS THAT RANGE FROM A FEW MM TO MORE THAN ONE METER THICK AND UP TO 100 M IN LATERAL EXTENT. MINERALIZED VEINS OCCUR OVER AN AREA 4 BY 2 KM. THE MAJOR POST-ORE GEOLOGIC EVENT WAS FAULTING WITH AGE BEING LATE CRETACEOUS.
