ORE (2) ESTIMATE ON CUATRO MUERTOS AND CONDUCTORA CONTIGUOUS ZONES. 70% MINEABLE BY OPEN-PIT METHODS. ORE (3) RESOURCE IN CONDUCTORA AND CUARTRO. ORE (4) ESTIMATED INFERRED RESOURCE AT HIGHER THAN AVERAGE GRADES IN THE ACHILLES-CORDOVA ZONE.

CONDUCTORA AND CUARTO ZONES DRILLED TO DEPTH OF 200 M WITH 223 HOLES (LATE 1993). ; ECON.COM: PLACER DOME'S SUBSIDARY, PLACER DOME DE VENEZUELA, WHICH HAS 70% INTEREST IN 4,000 HA PROPERTY; CVG HAS 30%.

Deposit QUARTZ VEINS ARE 1-8 MM THICK AND OCHRE-COLOR. WHERE THE FE-ALTERATION IS PRESENT, GOLD GRADES MAY EXCEED 50 G/T AND FINE FLAKES OF GOLD ARE VISIBLE. LESS WEATHERED ROCK HAS LOWER GRADES. LENGTH OF CONDUCTORA AND CUATRO ZONES.
