Deposit OVAL-SHAPED 0.75 MI X 0.5 MI. UP TO 25 FT THICK ONYX IS BANDED AND VARIOUSLY COLORED. THE BANDED CALCITE IS PRECIPITATED FROM SPRING WATERS; IMPURIES OF IRON OXIDE ADD COLOR.
