SHEETS 2 TO 10 FEET THICK, ARE HORIZONTAL OR DIP VERY LOW EAST. NUMEROUS DIKES, MOST APLITIC, SOME PEGMATITIC. DARK BLUISH GRAY COLOR OF COARSE GNEISSOSE TEXTURE. USED FOR BUILDINGS.
