  • PYRITE, WITH MORE THAN 1% COPPER IN HYPOGENE SULFIDE ORE; 40 TO 70 PPM COBALT REPORTED. ORE BODY OCCURS IN A GREENISH-GRAY, FINELY LAMINATED SCHIST, LOCALLY CRINKLED AND SHARPLY FOLDED. IN PLACES THE SCHIST IS MARKEDLY TALCOSE; IN OTHERS IN HAS A GRITTY QUARTZITIC PHASE.
  • GEOL.DESC: SMALL PERIDOTITE INTRUSIVE, 140 FT. LONG AND 5-20 FT. WIDE AS EXPOSED ON THE SURFACE, CONTAINS DISSEMINATIONS, SMALL MASSES AND VEINLETS OF PYRRHOTITE, PENTLANDITE, AND CHALCOPYRITE.
