ADJACENT WATER FILLED PIT TO NORTH 600 FEET LONG NW TO SE AND 400 FEET WIDE NE TO SW, AND MORE THAN 20 FEET DEEP. ADJACENT ACTIVE PIT TO WEST, ABOUT 400 FEET IN DIAMETER AND MORE THAN 30 FEET DEEP. OVERBURDEN ABOUT 15 FEET THICK, LAKE DEPOSIT ABOUT 50 TO 150 FEET THICK. CLAY YELLOWISH GRAY IN UPPER PART, REDDISH BROWN IN LOWER PART
