  • INFORMATION LACKING. TOPO SHOWS AREA INCLUDES TWO WATER FILLED PONDS AND HILLSIDE PIT THAT EXTENDS ABOUT 3300 FEET ALONG WEST SIDE OF HUDSON RIVER, AND 1000 TO 1700 FEET WIDE. CLAY USUALLY YELLOW WHERE OXIDIZED, BLUE WHERE NOT OXIDIZED; BED THICKNESS VARIABLE IN SHORT DISTANCES.
