Deposit ABOUT 24 LARGE PEGMATITES EXHIBIT DIFFERENTIAL CRYSTALIZATION AND ARE OF ECONOMIC IMPORTANCE. THE OUTCROPS ARE LENTICULAR AND LARGEST ONES MEASURE 500 METERS BY 100 METERS. THERE ARE 4 MINERAL ZONES IN THE PEGMATITES, EACH ZONE HAVING A CERTAIN MINERAL ASSEMBLAGE. ZONE 1 A THIN OUTERMOST LAYER HAVING LARGE BIOTITE CRYSTALS. ZONE 2 THE THICKEST ZONE CONTAINS LARGE CRYSTALS OF FELDSPAR, MUSCOVITE AND QUARTZ. ZONE 3 HAS MOSTLY LARGE FELDSPAR CRYSTALS AND CONTAIN MOST OF THE TANTALITE, BERYL, COLUMBITE AND LITHIUM MINERALS. ZONE 4, THE CORE REGION OF THE PEGMATITE HAS LARGE MASSES OF QUARTZ AND SOME CRYSTALS OF BERYL.
