Deposit VEINS FOUND IN ZONE ABOUT 2.5 KM LONG, INDIVIDUAL VEINS SHORT IN LENGTH. TUCTU MINE: MINEABLE LENSES OF 50-75% SULFIDE UP TO 50 CM WIDE. PROSPECTS SW OF TUCTU: 700 M NE OF TUCTU MINE NEAR BASE OF SE WALL OF CIRQUE; CONSISTS OF QUARTZ, PYRITE, GALENA, SPHALERITE, IN 60 CM WIDE ALTERED ZONE. SOUTHERNMOST VEIN 2 KM NE OF TUCTU: ORE SHOOT MINED OUT. VEIN MATERIAL IS GOUGE WITH VEINS, VEINLETS, AND LENSES OF PYRITE, GALENA, SPHALERITE, AND CALCITE. WALL ROCK IS STRONGLY ALTERED.
