  • TOTAL PRODUCTION ABOUT $100000.

Comments on the reserve resource information

  • VEIN WAS NOT DEPLETED IN 1906 SO IT IS LIKELY THAT SOME LOW-GRADE (PERHAPS 5 TO 10 TOZ/ST AG) SULFIDE ORE REMAINS BUT VEIN WIDTH OF ONE FOOT OR LESS AND DEPTH OF 300 FT. BELOW SURFACE MAKES EXTRACTION EXPENSIVE

Workings at the site

  • Type of workings Underground
    Length 1676.4M
    Overall depth 150M

Comments on the workings information

  • VEIN DEVELOPED BY FOUR ADITS DRIVEN INTO THE SIDE OF A HILL, THE LONGEST OF WHICH FOLLOWS THE VEIN FOR 600 M.

Deposit LOWER TUNNEL HAS LOW GRADE ORE. OXIDIZED ORE IS SAIDTO CARRY A NOTABLE AMOUNT OF PB CARBONATE WITH SOME PYROMORPHITE AND WIRE SILVER. BETTER GRADE SULFIDE ORE OCCURS FROM 200-300 FT BELOW SURFACE.
