  • EARLIEST PRODUCTION FROM OPEN-CUTS AND GLORY HOLE WORKINGS. IN 1922 THE CRYSTALLINE AND ALABAMA CLAIMS WERE JOINTLY HELD AND FROM THE 600 FT. LEVEL OF THE CRYSTALLINE SHAFT EXTENDED TO A POINT BELOW THE OLD 300 FT. ALABAMA SHAFT. IN 1947 A DRIFT WAS DEVELOPED AT THE 300 FT. LEVEL OF THE ALABAMA SHAFT AND THEN CROSSCUT 47 FT. TO A 6 FT. ORE VEIN
