Deposit A LARGE STOCKPILE OF ORE WAS AT THIS PLACE IN 1967 BUT WAS NOT BEING MINED THEN. PEGMATITES UP TO 45 METERS THICK AND 310 METERS LONG. HOST ROCKS ARE GNEISSES AND SCHISTS OF THE KINGS MOUNTAIN GROUP.
