Deposit A FORMER RESERVE PROPERTY OF THE VERONA MINING CO. (PICKANDS MATHER AND CO., AGENT), WHICH WAS ACQUIRED IN 1943. FIRST SHIPMENT WAS MADE FROM THIS PROPERTY IN 1950. IT WAS OPERATED WITH THE ZIMMERMAN MINE AS PART OF THE BUCK GROUP, WHICH REMAINED OPEN UNTIL 1962. SEE THE BUCK MINE REPORT FOR PRODUCTION FIGURES OF THE GROUP AS A WHOLE THROUGH 1962.
