Deposit OPENED IN 1886. SHIPPED 1886-1887, 1891. CLOSED IN 1887, SHIPMENTS MADE IN 1891 AND 1941-1942 WERE FROM STOCKPILE. THESE SHIPMENTS WERE MADE BY PITTSBURGH COKE AND IRON CO. THE MINE IS NOW EXHAUSTED. THIS PROPERTY WAS LATER INCLUDED IN THE NANAIMO MINE (SEE SEPARATE REPORT, THIS FILE).
