Deposit SHAFT IS ON SAME VEIN AS THE BARNES PROSPECT. THE VEIN IS NARROW AND AT THE SHAFT NOT STRONGLY MINERALIZED. JOINT HAS A STRIKE OF N 30 W IN THE 15 FT EXPOSURE NEWAR THE CAVED SHAFT. IN JUNE 1987, THE WATER FILLED SHAFT 10 FT X 15 FT WAS ENCIRCLED BY A WIRE FENCE WITH U S GOVERNMENT SIGNS
