  • FIELD EXAMINATIONS CONDUCTED 8/13/86 AND 8/27/86. TWO SMALL PITS, ABOUT 6 TO 10 FT WIDE AND 2 FT DEEP WITH MINOR BARITE AND QUARTZ VEIN FLOAT FOUND. THE AREA HAD BEEN RECENTLY CUT OVER FOR TIMBER. THE PROSPECT IS MOSTLY COVERED AND BEING FILLED IN.

  • PROSPECTED BY JOHN WILSON WHO FOUND BARITE WHILE CLEARING THE HILLTOP FOR A GARDEN (BOGE CALLAHAN, PERSONAL COMMUNICAITON, 1986).
