  • STOSE AND STOSE (1957) REPORT A SMALL TEST PIT. BOGE CALLAHAN (PERSONAL COMMUNICATION 1986) STATED THE PROSPECT PIT WAS FILLED IN AND GRADED LEVEL WHEN AN APPLE ORCHARD HAD BEEN RECENTLY TIMBERED. ABUNDANT BARITE FLOAT WAS FOUND IN THE PROSPECT AREA.

Deposit VERY LITTLE INFORMATION AVAILABLE. ABUNDANT SMALL PIECES (LESS THAN 3 INCHES THICK) OF BARITE FLOAT WERE FOUND IN THE PROSPECT AREA.
Deposit NO WORKINGS WERE FOUND IN THE FIELD. APPARENTLY, THE PROSPECT WAS FILLED IN AND GRADED LEVEL WHEN TREES WERE PLANTED FOR AN ORCHARD. BOTH C. DYKE AND B. CALLAHAN IDENTIFIED THE SAME AREA AS THE LOCATION OF THE PROSPECT. ; INFO.SRC : 1 PUB LIT; 3 FIELD OBSERV; 5 PERS COMM
