THE BULK OF THE DEPOSIT CONSISTS OF TWO STEEPLY DIPPING, STACKED, PROXIMAL MASSIVE AND SEMIMASSIVE SULFIDE LENSES DEVELOPED AT OR NEAR THE STRATIGRAPHIC TOP OF AN ALTERED QUARTZ-CRYSTALL FELSIC TUFF UNIT. THIS IS A CU-TYPE VOLCANOGENIC MASSIVE DEPOSIT FORMED IN THE BACK-ARC BASIN SEQUENCE. |
