Deposit GOLD MINERALIZATION OCCURS IN A SEMICONTINUOUS ZONE AROUND THE MARGIN OF A LARGE (1300 M X 920 M) BRECCIA PIPE THAT STRADDLES THE CONTACT BETWEEN PROTEROZOIC GRANODIORITE AND METAMORPHIC ROCKS. HIGHER GOLD GRADES ARE FOUND IN THE RHYOLITE BRECCIA THAN IN OTHER BRECCIAS FORMING THE PIPE.
