  • SUGGESTED THAT THE MINERALIZATION IS STRUCTURALLY CONTROLLED. NOTED THAT A SHAFT WAS SUNK ON THE CONTACT BETWEEN THE CABALLOS NOVACULITE AND A PHOSPHATIC SHALE OF THE MARAVILLAS FORMATION. ALSO NOTED MINOR AMOUNTS OF TURQUOISE IN THE SHALE.
