FOLIATION IN SCHIST/GNEISS TRENDS GENERALLY N 80 TO 85 W, 20 TO 30 SW. BELSER (1956) DESCRIBES DEPOSIT AS LARGE TALC(?) STREAK CUTTING GNEISS, CARRYING SHCEELITE, AND POSSIBLY RELATED TO FAIRLY STRONG NW-TRENDING FAULT. SCHEELITE CRYSTALS UP TO 4.5 LB IN WEIGHT WERE FOUND ON SURFACE.
