  • The Wire Patch, and other placers in gulches that drain Farncomb Hill, are credited with $5,000,000 (about 250,000 oz. of gold at $20/oz.) output in gold.

Comments on the reserve resource information

  • The valley of French Gulch adjacent to the Wire Patch placer has not been worked, but its potential for placer deposits was considered to be low. (Sunshine files #221)
