Controls for ore emplacement

  • Reducing Environment, Stratigraphic Channel

Comments on the geologic information

  • THE 10- TO 20-FT SANDSTONE HAS BEEN MAPPED AS WREFORD BY A.B. GREIG (1959), BUT THE TEXT EXPLANATION SHOWS THAT THE WREFORD LIMESTONE IS GRADATIONAL INTO SANDSTONE IN THIS AREA. THIS IS WHY THE NAMES COUNCIL GROVE AND CHASE GROUPS CANNOT BE USED.
