Deposit IDLE. THE ORE CAME FROM 10 OR MORE LENSES; THE LARGEST DEPOSIT IS BELIEVED TO HAVE YIELDED ABOUT 100 TONS. SOME STREAKS AND NODULES OF CHROMITE STILL SHOW IN THE SERPENTINE ON THE MARIE, MITTY, LAST CHANCE AND SURPRISE CLAIMS. UNION CARBIDE EXPLORED IN SEC. 18 FOR NICKEL.
