  • JAUCH FOUND SOME CHROMITE FLOAT ALONG A CREEK BOTTOM IN 1918, WHILE HE WAS LEASING THE NUMITOR GOLD MINE. THE SOURCE OF THE FLOAT WAS NOT DISCOVERED, NO OTHER WORK WAS DONE, NO ORE WAS SHIPPED.
