  • THE DEPOSIT OCCURS IN THE SOUTHERN PART OF THE WESTERN MOST OF TWO SERPENTINE BELTS THAT TREND NW-SE ACROSS THE COUNTY. THE BELT IS EXPOSED OVER AN AREA 30 KM BY 6 KM.

  • WORKINGS CONSISTED OF 6-7 SMALL PITS AND OPEN CUTS. MOST OF ORE TAKEN FROM 3 OPEN CUTS 100 FT WEST OF THE BOTTOM OF GULCH.

  • APPROX. 30-40 TONS OF ORE MINED IN 1917-18 AND REMAINS STOCKPILED ON THE CLAIM (1948).
