Comments on the location information

  • HIGH ON THE EAST SLOPE OF IRON MOUNTAIN, WHICH DIVIDES THE BRANCHES OF COPPER CREEK. FROM THE CONFLUENCE OF THE DUNGENESS AND GRAYWOLF RIVERS THE DEPOSITS ARE REACHED BY 15 MILES OF TRAIL. THE TRAIL LEADS SOUTH ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE DUNGENESS RIVER, THENCE UP ITS TRIBUTARY, COPPER CREEK. FOR THE LAST 2 MILES SLIDES AND PRECIPITOUS SLOPES MAKE ACCESS VERY DIFFICULT. THE DEPOSITS ARE ABOVE TIMBERLINE ON THE SLOPES OF IRON MOUNTAIN
