II PHASE: EXTENTION OF OPERATIONS FOR ANOTHER NICKEL SMELTING PLANT DESIGNED FOR ECONOMICAL EXPLOITATION OF THE LOW GRADE NICKEL DEPOSITS OF ISABELA.
