Deposit NNE TRENDING AU-BEARING QUARTZ VEINS OUTCROP BUT ARE LARGELY COVERED BY LATERITE. FRAGMENTS OF AU-BEARING QUARTZ-TOURMALINE VEIN MATERIAL FOUND IN RECENT SEDIMENTS ADJACENT TO VEINS. AU ALSO FOUND IN A GRAVEL BED ABOUT 0.5 M THICK FOUND IN PALEOCHANNELS CUT BY MODERN STREAMS.
