  • 7 VEINS, TOTALLING 1500 M IN LENGTH, WERE ORIGINALLY DENOUNCED FOR LEAD. THREE WELL DEFINED ORE SHOOTS OF MERCURY, AVERAGING 0.5% MERCURY OVER WIDTHS OF 0.6 TO 0.9 M AND EXPOSED FOR 60 M WERE DISCOVERED IN 1941. SUBSURFACE SAMPLING OF THE MAIN VEIN SHOWED 2 KG/T OVER A WIDTH OF ABOUT 1.3 M, UNIFORMLY DISTRIBUTED THROUGHOUT THE WIDTH. MERCURIO CLAIM - 20 M TUNNEL, 2.5 M WINZE. URANIO CLAIM - CROSSCUT TUNNEL. ALSO VARIOUS SHAFTS ALONG OUTCROP VEIN.
