ORIGINAL REPORT DESCRIBES A BRECCIA WITH ANGULAR FRAGMENTS OF SHALE, QUARTZITE, AND IGNEOUS ROCK WITH A SILICEOUS MATRIX FORMING A LAYER CONFORMABLE WITH BEDDING. ANOTHER LAYER, DESCRIBED AS A CONGLOMERATE, CONSISTS OF IGNEOUS CLASTS IN A FINE SHALE MATRIX.
