Deposit SEVEN VEINS WITH ORE SHOOTS 40 M LONG AND AVERAGE 0.45 M WIDE. MOST VEINS STRIKE E-W.
Deposit DISTRICT CONSISTS OF THE UBINA-IRMA STOCKWORK ZONE, THE SANTA BARBARA-NORMANDIA-JAYAJ MAYU MANTO DEPOSITS, WITH WELL-EXPOSED FEEDER VEINS, AND THE TRES HUGOS VEIN. THE PROPYLITIZED QUARTZ DIORITE STOCK OCCURS IN THE NORTH PART OF THE DISTRICT. AG-PB-ZN-SB-SN-CU MINERALIZATION IN MANTOS LIE WITHIN THE CONTACT METAMORPHIC AUREOLE AROUND THE QUARTZ DIORITE STOCK. FURTHER SOUTH IS THE ZN-W-SN VEIN MINERALIZATION AT THE TRES HUGOS VEIN, AND FURTHEST SOUTH IS THE UBINA-IRMA AG-PB-ZN-CU STOCKWORK ZONE. VERTICAL ZONING FROM DEEPER SN-W MINERALIZATION TO UPPER AG-PB-ZN MINERALIZATION IS APPARENT. UPPERMOST PARTS OF VEINS AND STOCKWORKS CONTAIN CHALCEDONIC QUARTZ AND BARITE. PREFERRED ORIENTATIONS FOR VEINS AND VEINLETS ARE N30-80E AND N10-45W. MANTOS ARE SUBVERTICAL TO 80NE DIP, STRIKING N10-40W.
